Röhm indexing chucks have an indexing axis aligned at 90 degrees to their axis of rotation and can be used for machining workpieces with intersecting axes in one chucking operation (classic example: yoke journal assemblies).

Execution variants:

HSF:

  • H = Hydraulically operated
  • SF = Indexig chuck
  • With one movable jaw

HSFK:

  • H = Hydraulically operated
  • SF = Indexing chuck
  • K = With correction piston

KSFZ:

  • K = Power-operated
  • SF = Indexing chuck
  • Z = Central chucking

HSFZ:

  • H = Hydraulically operated
  • SF = Indexing chuck
  • Z = Central chucking
  • With indexable internal body

KTF:

  • K = Power-operated
  • TF = Indexing chuck
  • With eccentric chucking

HTF:

  • H = Hydraulically operated
  • TF = Indexing chuck
  • With eccentric chucking

  • Keep the workpiece securely gripped in the jaws even in the event of a complete pressure loss
  • Chuck can also be indexed with the spindle turning  at a reduced speed
